僕は基本的にポジティブ人間で(笑)できるだけネガティブな言葉は使わないように心がけていますが、これが対人関係になったらそう簡単にはいきません。
無責任なポジティブ言葉って実は、相手を苦しめることの方が多いから。
苦しんでる人には、特にその人の現状を受け入れろって事。
一辺倒なマニュアルに準じたポジティブシンキングじゃなくて、その人の思いや考えを察し、そして包み隠さずにその状況に寄り添ってみる。
疲れてる時は「疲れてますね」と言われたほうが嬉しいですからね(笑)
マッサージ行った時、マッサージ師に「コってますね」と言われると何だかちょっと嬉しいでしょ？
「全然コってないですね〜」なんて言われてみたら。色々と台無しでしょ(笑)
人間は、ポジティブな言葉をかけれるとネガティブになるコトも多いんですよね。
お客様に寄り添うために、もっとお客様のことを知りたいですよね。
そのためには、もっともっと自分を理解しなくちゃ(笑)
